Clear AI-Act · The European AI Act audit trail

Every AI Act audit conclusion, linked to its source.

Clear AI-Act organises the audit by department and AI system, records every evidence item, quotation, contradiction and sign-off, proposes recommendations for the auditor to judge, and delivers a fully verifiable audit file.

The Clear AI-Act audit trail The engagement is scoped by organisation, department, process, task and AI system. Seven families of evidence items attach to it and enter the audit file with a hash, an extraction, a proposed classification, a version and a reading coverage. Each passage is classified as public, anonymised or confidential; a confidential passage does not leave the audit file. An exact quotation grounds an assertion linked to the AI Act framework. A counter-evidence opens a contradiction, arbitrated by a reasoned sign-off, then a deterministic check classifies each point. Delivery produces the recommendations, the review report and the manifest. A public Article 50 pre-study, specialist models under human oversight and export of the audit file complete the journey. A dated journal chained by hashes runs from scoping to delivery.
